Meet the characters in a typical northern working-class pub – the landlord and lady and their many
and diverse friends and customers who relate, over the period of one event-filled night in the pub, their
stories, hopes, fears and secrets.

This warm-hearted, poignant play is the Hurst Players’ production for the Hurst Festival.
