Getting Here

There are many ways you can get to Hurstpierpoint for the Festival.

Train

Hassocks has the closest train station to the village, with direct trains running from London and Brighton. Check the train times here.

Local taxi companies will shuttle people from Hassocks station to the venues in Hurstpierpoint.  Pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Bus

  • 33/33A (Compass Travel): Links Hurstpierpoint with Burgess Hill, Hassocks, and Haywards Heath
  • 273 (Metrobus): Runs between Brighton (Old Steine) and Crawley, stopping in the village & Sayers Common.

Car

The A23, connecting the M25 and Brighton, runs close by Hurstpierpoint with easy access in to the village.

Parking

  • Centrally, there are long- & short-stay car parks on Trinity Road, and another long-stay car park beyond Trinity Rd, in Brown Twins Rd.  Both parking areas are off Cuckfield Road, close to the High Street, and the short-stay carpark requires a MSDC parking disc (£1 from certain outlets).
  • Key venues outside of the village centre – Court Bushes, Hurst College and Danny House – have plenty of parking onsite.
  • Sayers Common events have limited local, residential parking.
