Not only will your subscription give you the chance of gaining a welcome boost to your spending money, it will also be helping the Hurst Festival fund free-to-attend events and subsidise ticket prices.

FAQs
Will I get charged again before the first draw?
No, The first draw will be held on the 20th September 2026 at the Super Sunday Event.
The first renewals will be processed on the 10th of October 2026, for all numbers purchased for the initial draw in September. 100 Club orders made before September 10th will show an automated renewal date a month after the initial purchase date, but please ignore this date.
Can I have more than 1 number?
Yes, you can have as many numbers as you like. Each will cost £5 per month and all of them stand an equal chance of winning £100 each month.
Can I buy numbers for my children?
If your children are over 16 years of age then yes, as many as you like, but under the Gambling Act of 2005 children under 16 cannot take part.
Will the winning numbers be generated electronically?
No, there will be a physical draw around the 20th of each month. The actual date, time and venue will be posted on the 100 Club page of the website. The admin team will endeavour to link it to a village event wherever possible.
Where will the draws be held?
In pubs, at village events, social events and anywhere else people meet, with the permission of the management or organisers, of course.
Can I attend the draws?
Absolutely, and bring your friends, especially if they would like to join the 100 Club.
Who will officiate over the draw?
The draw will be managed by one of the Trustees, who holds the licence with MSDC. That Trustee is not permitted to be a 100 Club member. An independent person present will be asked to assist by drawing the number and the whole process will be overseen by another Hurst Festival representative.
What are the odds of my number winning?
Your number will have at least a 1 in 100 chance of winning every month!
How do I pay for my numbers?
When you choose a number you will be directed to the checkout please ensure that you have the correct number, when you check out, a recurring £5 per month charge will be setup for you. Purchased numbers will be be sent to the administrator for entry in the following draw.
How do I cancel my 100 Club subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on this website. Under your account dashboard you will be able to manage your subscriptions, You can update your card details or cancel your subscription.
Please note any winning numbers selected must have an active subscription to qualify as a valid win.
When will my numbers be active?
Your numbers will be active within 14 days, we are supported by a great team of volunteers. After your valued subscription purchase the 100 Club admin team will be notified. your details will be added to the next draw. We will send you a confirmation that you are now in the draw. Can Hurst Festival claim Gift Aid on my subscription?
No. Gift Aid can only be claimed on donations and the 100 Club is regarded as a Small Society Lottery
If I win I don’t want my name on the website. What can I do?
Complete the form here and we will only publicise the winning number, not your name as well. Or email your request to 100Club@hurstfestival.org
Please ensure that you enter the email address that you used on entry to the 100 Club.
How will I know that the call I receive when I’ve won will be from Hurst Festival?
When you subscribe we ask you to create a ‘Security Challenge’. This should be a word or phrase that you can remember and means something to you, but is not obvious, like your name.
Add your Security Challenge word or phrase to your account.
When you receive your call to ask for your bank details you should ask the caller to tell you what your Security Challenge word or phrase is. If they are from the Hurst Festival 100 Club team they will be able to tell you.
If they can’t, take note of the number they are calling from and report it to https://www.reportfraud.police.uk

Welcome {customer_name} to the Hurst Festival 100 Club.
Thank you for joining the Hurst Festival 100 Club and becoming part of the valued team of fundraisers, your support is hugely appreciated. The funds raised from the monthly draw will be used to help fund free-to-access events and subsidise tickets to help keep them at an affordable level.
Your subscription payment will be taken every month, on the 10th of the month using the card details you have provided. Once your first payment has cleared your chosen number will be added to the draw, and will remain for as long as you are a member.
Every month there will be a physical draw which will take place on, or around, the 20th. The aim is to hold the draw in public spaces: pubs, village events, society meetings etc. whenever possible. The date, time and venue for each month’s draw will be posted on the website.
The winning number will be posted on the website on the day of the draw. Unless you have requested anonymity, you will be congratulated there too. If your number is lucky you will be contacted by a 100 Club team member and a bank transfer organised.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your Hurst Festival account and cancelling your subscription. Your account is under your email address of {customer_email}.
